Message Board
- Absolutely NO chatspeak. Eg: Plz dun talk like dis.
- We are a literate guild. Please read over your message before you post to make sure it makes sense.
- No name calling or picking fights with other members or you will be banned.
- No spamming or flooding the board with one-worded/one-sentenced posts or you will be suspended.
- The board is not an IM system. If you are on the board at the same time as someone else please take your conversation to neomail or IM.
- No more than two full posts in a row. Double posts are fine if you've forgotten something, we won't crucify you.
- Try to keep all your comments/thoughts in one post if you can.
- Guide for replying to posts:
- Start with the persons name/username followed by your reply or quote a line of their post.
Example:
I had a lovely day at the beach today blah blah blah.. - - -

- When you go to click on 'reply to message' or 'post a message', right click on the link and choose 'Open in a new window' OR 'Open in new tab'. This way you will have the message board window and your message box window open and can read and reply at the same time.
Activity/Contests
- Only official guild members who are active can participate in guild activities.
- New members cannot participate in guild activities until they are officially accepted into the guild. Details on becoming an official member are on the New Members page.
- Inactive members also cannot participate in guild activities. We are not simply giving things out for free. Details on Active and Inactive members are also on the New Members page.
- You can only win one random event and one drawing per month.
- Sometimes there will be special rules for activities and these will be included in the details of the activity.
Guild Council
Applying for council:
- Council positions are given to people who give an indication of how they will help the guild once they are on council.
- Do NOT apply with "Choose me because I love the guild and I'm not a poser". This will not impress us.
- Council members must be active at least three times a week.
- When there is a new council position available, the whole council has input with the final decision up to the Leader.
- Council have the following admin privileges: Guild Layout, Guild Members, Guild Council, Board Monitor and Guild Poll.
- Council are allowed to post guild updates, change the poll, change rankings and delete messages without having to ask the leader.
- Members of the council are allowed to participate in all events, giveaways and contests unless they are running them.
- If you are inactive for longer than a month (without a good reason) you will be taken down, with or without warning.
